Josh Aguiar is one of LA's up-and-coming trumpeters, pianists and composers in jazz and improvised music. While growing up in Los Angeles, Aguiar studied with legendary jazz cornetist Bob Bradford. Later he ventured out to Indiana University, Bloomington for undergraduate studies in jazz, graduating in 2000.
David Cohen is a very patient teacher who makes it fun to learn the music that you want to play. He has 25 years of experience in teaching classical, pop, and jazz to people of all ages.
David is a graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. He is a working professional musician who has written music for television, film, and jingles. He also serves as the musical director of Temple Aliyah in Woodland Hills.
Christine Rosander teaches voice and piano to children and adults and has 15 years experience. She works with beginners as well as professionals, is intuitive and kind while inspiring her students to high standards.
Christine grew up in Elk Grove, California – outside Sacramento. She learned to sing from her mother, a voice and piano teacher, and honed her talent singing in church. She started soloing at age five. Later, Christine earned her bachelor's degree in vocal performance and commercial composing and arranging from Cal State Long Beach. She went on to receive a master's degree in jazz studies from USC. Christine recently released her debut CD, "Smooth Ride," which is available on Amazon and iTunes.
